Peacock Tree’s Gentle Hatha class also includes lovely relaxations which feel like a blissful balm over the stresses of life; healing tense, tired and anxious minds. Students leave class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated like they’ve had a small holiday from the world.
We also pepper our teaching with bite sized chunks of yoga philosophy and mindfulness exercises which serve to expand awareness and promote continual mental sharpness.

Our Gentle Hatha classes have a super atmosphere and new beginners are always made to feel very welcome – whatever their age or ability. Our classes are also a good way to make friends. Everyone works to their own sensible limits within the group there is an emphasis on doing to what is right for you.
